Description
The standard schema document for the XML namespace refers to XMLSchema.dtd which in turn refers to datatypes.dtd. The standard entity resolver built in to Saxon succeeds in resolving XMLSchema.dtd to a local copy but fails to resolve the reference to datatypes.dtd (in part because it has a non-standard public identifier). In fact datatypes.dtd has been issued as part of the JAR file but is not being resolved because the name is not registered in the entity resolver.
