Description

Whenever a context item declaration is used with the default XQuery support (1.0), Saxon reports this error message:

"A context item declaration is allowed only in XQuery 1.1"

This is a little confusing for the user since the XQuery 1.1 support (-qversion:1.1) has been replaced with XQuery 3.0 support in Saxon 9.4 (-qversion:3.0).

The message should probably make reference to XQuery 3.0 since XQuery 1.1 has remained behind.
