When documents are read using the collection() function in XSLT, at any rate with the standard collection resolver, they are not whitespace-stripped according to the rules in xsl:strip-space and xsl:preserve space

- Status changed from New to Won't fix
This will be fixed in Saxon 9.5. We have decided not to fix it in a 9.4 maintenance release because of the risk of destabilizing existing applications.
