The Saxon-PE and EE versions of the JAXP TransformerFactory allow a configuration file to be specified as a configuration attribute. Although configuration files are now supported in Saxon-HE, this capability is not provided in the Saxon-HE TransformerFactory (which in turn means that configuration files cannot be used from Ant).
