Trying to use the Saxon documentation of

http://www.saxonica.com/documentation/index.html#!xsl-elements/evaluate

I have found two problems: the sample has <xsl:evaluate

select="$product-sort-key"/> which I think should be <xsl:evaluate

xpath="$product-sort-key"/> and the list of attributes lacks the

"context-item" attribute.
