For completeness, I decided to validated the report file in the attachment against the https://dev.saxonica.com/repos/archive/opensource/latest9.7/samples/schemas/validation-reports.xsd
 
It produced the full list of the 24 errors:

I managed to reproduce the bug reported by user.
