Also, current-output-uri() should be empty when evaluating xsl:sort/@select - test case current-output-uri-009.

Actually, I can find nothing in the spec that suggests the current output URI should change while evaluating sort keys and merge keys, so I have challenged these tests: see https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=30410
I will revert these changes until this is resolved.
