Description
The documentation for the Transform, Query, and Validate command lines states or implies that xsdversion:1.0 is the default. Since 9.9, the default has been 1.1.

In fact the default has been 1.1 since Saxon 9.8.
Fixes required for the following pages: configuration/config-commandline; schema-processing/commandline, validation-from-ant, schema11; using-xquery/commandline; using-xsl/commandline.
Committed userdoc/saxon9/src updates for 9.8, 9.9, and trunk branches.
