Description

Under xsl:number we say: Saxon currently supports Belgian French (fr-BE), Danish (da), Dutch (nl), English (en), Flemish (nl-BE), French (fr), German (de), Italian (it), Swedish (sw). Additional languages can be achieved by writing a Numberer class, as described in Localizing numbers and dates.

This is out of date. The linked information is correct.

Actions #1

Updated by Debbie Lockett over 4 years ago

  • Status changed from New to Resolved
  • Applies to branch 9.8 added
  • Fix Committed on Branch 9.8, 9.9, trunk added

Out of date information removed from xl:number/@format details, and updated information added in details for lang attribute. To make it clear that UCI localisation is used first in PE/EE, as long as ICU jar is loaded.

Also removed out of date information at extensibility/config-extend/localizing inviting Numberer submissions.

Updates committed on 9.8, 9.9, and trunk branches. Documentation updated online for 9.9 and 9.8 (HTML and XML versions).
