Description

When testing the Query.exe from the command-line with the -catalog option currently getting the following error:

unhandled Exception: javax.xml.parsers.FactoryConfigurationError: Provider org.apache.xerces.jaxp.SAXParserFactoryImpl, saxon9ee, Version10.2

This property is being being set in the method setDefaultSAXParserFactory of the class DotNetPlatform. The saxon9ee needs to be saxon-ee-10.2
