Description

There are special rules in fn:path() for the case where the root of the tree is not a document node, but it seems Saxon-JS isn't following them. Test case accumulator-088 reveals the problem, but it's no doubt possible to find a much simpler test case.

This has been fixed at some stage; the problem no longer occurs with the latest development branch.
