Is the Examples.cs sample for SaxonCS in the Saxon 11 resources MPL 2 licensed or without any license?

While looking through the various samples accompanying Saxon 10 or 11 in the resources I found that the Java sample S9APIExamples.java https://saxonica.plan.io/projects/saxonmirrorhe/repository/he/revisions/he_mirror_saxon_11_4/entry/src/samples/java/he/S9APIExamples.java is MPL 2.0 licensed while the SaxonCS Examples.cs https://saxonica.plan.io/projects/saxonmirrorhe/repository/he/revisions/he_mirror_saxon_11_4/entry/src/samples/cs/Examples.cs doesn't show any license at all. Can I freely use/adapt/share adaptions of it or at least assume it is under MPL 2 and usable/adaptable based on that license?
