saxon.evaluate in .NET

Hello! I have an exception when trying to compile in .NET-api xslt with calling of 'saxon:evaluate()'. The same xslt works fine under other environments. What am i doing wrong?

I find it easier to diagnose an exception if you tell me what the error message is. It might mean nothing to you, but for me it is rather essential.
