Saxon 9.1 build

Hello Mr Kay, I've tried to build the latest (9.1) branch, unfortunately with no luck. Compiler reports missing package "net.sf.saxon.sort". It's present in 9.0 branch. Thanks.

Thanks. I think there was some kind of network error when committing this directory into Subversion. Should be OK now.
