fn:QName reports incorrectly FORG0001

Michael, this was brough to my attention by XQTS QName("http://www.example.com/", "1asd:error") With Saxon8.8 (genuine version) this results in FORG0001 where FOCA0002 is expected accoring to "F&O - 11.1.2 fn:QName" (http://www.w3.org/TR/xquery-operators/#func-QName) Thanks, Marc
