hi Sorry for not realy saxon-related question, but I couldn't find any info on the Net. :( In a axis-generated .wsdl file I define <element name="in2" type="apachesoap:Element"/> where xmlns:apachesoap="http://xml.apache.org/xml-soap". The question is: how to see the real schema for apachesoap NS?

Yes, it's not Saxon-related at all... In general a namespace URI gives you no clues about where to find a schema for the namespace. Sometimes if you stick the namespace URI in your browser you will find some useful pointers (occasionally you will find the schema itself), but there are no guarantees. This namespace belongs to apache, so you will have to ask apache for its specification. Michael Kay
