upping entity expansions from command line

I'm running net.sf.saxon.Query (saxon 8.4) against a 38 meg xml file in Eclipse and am getting "The parser has encountered more than "64,000" entity expansions in this document; this is the limit imposed by the application." Is there a way of upping this limit from the command line? I don't see anything in the documentation. Thanks, Howard
