local namespace prefix

Michael, the predeclared local namespace prefix has the "http://www.w3.org/2005/02/xquery-local-functions" URI. I guess 02 should be 04? Thanks, Marc

Yes - this should have been changed in 8.4. Hopefully we will soon have stable namespace URIs to work with. I'll change it in the source to 2005/04 for now. MK
