INF in positional predicate

Michael, let's consider the following query (simplified, just to demonstrate the issue): 1[xs:double("INF")] Saxon 8.4 reports an error "Cannot convert double infinity to an integer". Shouldn't this evaluate to the empty sequence? Obviously same applies to -INF and NaN. Thanks, Marc
