Release notes of (minor) releases?

Are release notes of all Saxon releases available? Is it for instance possible to view release notes of version 9.9.1.5?

The sourceforge file

https://sourceforge.net/projects/saxon/files/Saxon-HE/9.9/readme99.txt/download

is updated for each maintenance release, and acts as a log of changes in successive maintenance releases. There's no snapshot of the release notes as at a particular maintenance release, but the information is cumulative so nothing is lost.
