With Saxon 10, fn:sort seems available in HE but documentation suggests PE or EE is needed

In my understanding and testing, the fn:sort function is supported in Saxon 10 HE, not only in PE or EE. The documentation http://saxonica.com/documentation/index.html#!functions/fn/sort continues to state "Requires Saxon-PE or Saxon-EE".

Does the documentation need an update or is there supposed to be some restriction on fn:sort in Saxon 10 HE?
