Saxon

I tried to run an XSLT 3.0 stylesheet through Saxon EE 10.5 and com.saxonica.Validate and it seems it pulls the schema for XSLT 3 from the W3C server although it looks like the EE jar has an internal copy xslt30.xsd. Shouldn't the catalog Saxon EE uses link the W3C XSLT 3.0 schema URI (https://www.w3.org/TR/xslt-30/schema-for-xslt30.xsd) to the internal copy?
