Saxon HE outputs streamability as a configuration feature with --? but gives error on using it

When I run java -jar 'C:\Program Files\Saxonica\SaxonHE11-3J\saxon-he-11.3.jar' --? I get streamability in the list of "configuration features".

Is Saxon HE supposed to only output configuration features that it supports?

Because trying e.g. java -jar 'C:\Program Files\Saxonica\SaxonHE11-3J\saxon-he-11.3.jar' -t -it -xsl:sheet.xsl --streamability:off gives

Transformation failed: Incorrect value for --streamability: Unknown configuration property http://saxon.sf.net/feature/streamability
