I am struggling to get Saxon-CS EE to run on Windows as it doesn't find the license file, the documentation https://www.saxonica.com/documentation11/index.html#!about/installationdotnet has a sentence "Before you can run the software, you will need to ensure that a license file is installed, as described in ." where a link seems to be missing in the sentence.

Basically, you need to point an environment variable SAXON_LICENSE_DIR at the directory containing saxon-license.lic.
