XPath 4.0 and XSLT 4.0 are supported from Saxon 11, so the documentation for XPathCompiler.XPathLanguageVersion and XsltCompiler.XsltLanguageVersion should be corrected. (Note that the documentation for XQueryCompiler.XQueryLanguageVersion already mentions "4.0".)
Bug #5995 noted that XPathCompiler.setLanguageVersion needed to be fixed in the javadoc, but at the time I didn't notice that the corresponding dotnetdoc needed updating too.
