For use with Saxon-JS 2.0, SEFs must be compiled to JSON format (rather than XML). The transform API needs to be updated accordingly: perhaps using stylesheetText for the SEF as JSON text, and maybe another option to supply as a (parsed) JSON object; and remove stylesheetNode.
