Support for @xsl:iterate@ has been added to @Expr.js@. Supports next-iteration, on-completion and break, with params. Tested only in browser-based code (which has included nested @xsl:iterate@), so leaving issue open until more rigorous tests have been made.. Changes committed to Saxon-JS code 9.8 branch.
