Implementing SequenceIterator is EASY!

The documentation doesn't indicate how easy it is to implement and use the SequenceIterator interface! It took me a few days before I realized it. The documentation should make this clearer and provide an example.

I'm glad you found it easy, but I'm not sure how the documentation could be improved. Other users with less Java experience might not find it easy at all. I'm conscious that at present the documentation isn't easy to find your way around, but that's a different problem. Michael Kay
