We have a problem with an acient version of saxon (6.2.2) together with iPlanet 6.0. Our application uses saxon under iPlanet 6.0 patch 6 and JDK 1.4.2_08 - everything works OK.On another system, using the same installation routines but iPlanet 6.0 Patch 9 we get the famous as it seams javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactoryConfigurationError: Provider com.icl.saxon.TransformerFactoryImpl not found exception using JDK 1.4.2_8 but not JDK 1.3.1! We already checked a number of things: * Move saxon.jar to other directories (jre/lib iPlanet *jar directory) to check for loader problems. * Using system properties to force saxon parser. * Make sure, that saxon.jar is not included elsewhere. ..but no solution. Admittetly This might be a JDK problem, an iPlanet problem are some problem where saxon is at least involved and an initial step I just need some hints how I can find out what the problem is. Has anybody an idea, how we can find out? Gruß...Tim
