How to provide configuration file on command line on Windows with SaxonCS?

I am trying to run SaxonCS on Windows 10, using the -config option to provide a configuration file but I get an error System.UriFormatException: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined even for a simple file name:

Sorry that I never responded to this. I've checked on the current build that configuration files are now being read from the command line successfully.
