(How) Can I set a parser feature in the Saxon configuration file?

The API with e.g. https://www.saxonica.com/html/documentation12/javadoc/net/sf/saxon/lib/Feature.html#XML_PARSER_FEATURE allows me to set an XML parser feature.

Is there any way to set such a parser feature from a Saxon configuration file?
