If the license is not found then on the local file system I get this error message:

SEVERE: License (serial number null) has expired

but for http it is more helpfull:

SEVERE: No Saxon-CE license found at: http://test.rudolphina.org/svg/saxonce-license-B0.txt

So, given the following dir/file structure

svg dir
	SaxonDebug dir
		Saxonce.nocache.js
	Plaene dir
		test1 dir
			svg-t5-011.xhtml

the license has to be in the svg directory.
