  • Subject changed from NullPointerException while streaming to NullPointerException while streaming if optimization is off

The problem appears to be caused by using streaming without optimization.

I have resolved this pro tem by detecting the condition and producing a dynamic error explaining that xsl:stream cannot be executed if optimization has been disabled. Patch committed.
