Description

Applies both to decimal format declarations in XQuery and in XSLT: as a result of bug 28693, it becomes clear that we should not allow decimal format properties such as decimal-separator or grouping-separator to overlap the chosen set of 10 digits starting with the zero-digit.

A patch is being committed to enforce this rule for 9.6.
