Description
The warning messages produced when reading an invalid configuration file do not correctly locate the invalid properties. Invalid properties actually on the xquery, xslt, or xsd element produce messages saying they are on the global element.
e.g. see the output provided in bug 2393 https://saxonica.plan.io/issues/2393

Corrections to the methods which read the xquery, xslt and xsd elements in ConfigurationReader, to set #element (which is used in the error messages) correctly in each case.
