Description
If the value of xsl;result-document/@format needs to be computed dynamically, the value ends up being ignored.
Reported by Eliot Kimber on xsl:list.
The relevant code at ResultDocument.java#629 is commented out with the comment "TODO: reinstate". So there are clearly no tests.
