Description

When upgrading from 9.5 to 9.6 (or 9.7) the outputproperties are empty.

I have fixed this on the 9.7 branch, and have added a unit test.

As a workaround, call getOutputProperty() instead, or call getOutputProperties() before doing the transformation.
