Description
NumberFormatter static initializer fails, because Categories.getCategory does not work because the file categories.xml is in the JAR file root, but expected to be located in net/sf/saxon/data/categories.xml (according to Configuration.locateResource).
Copying categories into this folder locally works.

Looks as if we got the Maven version of the build wrong. I think the version on Sourceforge is OK.
