XSV use as default attribute of tag:
xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/05/xsv'
when there is this attribute XSLT result is wrong, but
when I delete the attribute that's ok. The same thing
happends using XQuery.
I attach:

XSLT doc I used

old_err.xml -> that produces the unexpected result

new_err.xml -> that produces the correct result, but
without xmlns attribute
