One path which the Dockerfiles needs had changed, i.e. from https://dev.saxonica.com/repos/archive/opensource/latest9.8/hec/Saxon.C.API/jni/jni_md.h to https://dev.saxonica.com/repos/archive/opensource/latest9.8/hec/Saxon.C.API/jni/unix/jni_md.h Just in case that wasn't intended.

Bug fixed. Also updated version number to the latest Saxon/C version.
