The Python binding do not work on Mac OS Catalina due to the latest security restrictions by Apple.

I have tried the python-saxon on latest macos (Mac OS Catalina) and it works fine for me.
Unfortunately I cannot track down who reported this to give feedback. I will close the bug, but will reopen it if necessary.
