Description

Saxon reports no error when a user-written stylesheet function uses the reserved namespace http://www.w3.org/2005/xpath-functions/map

This error appears (unintentionally, it seems) in XSLT3 test case map-010.

Test maps-010 has been corrected, and maps-015 has been added to test the error case.

I have brought the list of reserved namespaces in NamespaceConstant.isReserved() into line with the XSLT 3.0 specification. The XQuery 3.1 list seems to be correct.
