Description

In the Node.js command line documentation at https://www.saxonica.com/saxon-js/documentation/index.html#!nodejs/command-line, we use the non-breaking hyphen character ‑ to improve the look of the options in the table, and prevent line breaks for the '-arg' arguments. However this is a problem because if users attempt to copy and paste from this page directly into a command line terminal or shell, because the hyphen character is wrong!

Rather than using the non-breaking hyphen character, we should use CSS white-space: nowrap; styling (e.g. on a <span> wrapper element).
