Description

AFAICT, the window events that SaxonJS can respond to are httpabort, afterprint, beforeprint, beforeunload, hashchange, languagechange, message, offline, online, pagehide, pageshow, popstate, storage, unhandledrejection, and unload.

I have a page that dynamically computes part of its layout based on the window size. I'd like to be able to respond to the resize event.
