Added support for -json to the -xp option. Also added support for parameters in the -xp option.

Should make sure that fn:, array:, and map: are predefined (and/or allow namespaces to be defined for the expression).

Should also handle http: or file: URIs as -s or -json values

I checked that the namespaces are declared and cleaned up the code a bit. Calling this one resolved.

This issue has been resolved in the Saxon 2.2 maintenance release.
