Description

If you attempt to serialize something the serializer doesn't expect (e.g., the result of an XmlHttpRequest), the message you get is: Bad item [XmlHttpRequest]. It's easy to misinterpret that as a problem with the item.

Simple fix: reword message to something like Cannot add item to tree:
