The documentation on JAR files dependencies has got a little out of date.

At about/installationjava/jarfiles:

• all the JAR file sizes need updating (they seem to have got smaller!)

• information on XmlResolver and XmlResolverData needs adding

• we should say that the JAR file manifest declares dependencies on the other JAR files, and explain the consequences.

• Under "Verifying" we should update the specimens output from jar signer (it's so 2018...)

At conditions/redistributed we should add the XmlResolver and its data. (Note, I've raised an issue that the xmlresolverdata component itself fails to include notices identifying where the data files came from and how they are licensed.)

For SaxonCS, we say that third-party components are distributed via nuget (which means we're not distributing them so don't need notices). Is this also true for the platform-specific executables, or do these bundle in third-party code?
