Returning only the unconverted error object is burdonsome

Description

We say that the third argument to fn:error() is returned "unconverted".

That's pretty inconvenient for users. I think we should return a converted version as well, perhaps with the caveat that it's null if the conversion fails.

Note also there are a couple of typos on the cited documentation page: "this exception is throw", "an error trigged by a call", "internal functions calls with SaxonJS" (functions -> function, with -> within?)
