Description

In the development stage of a XSLT30 test suite driver for SaxonC python the program crashes as follows:

Thread 1 "python3" received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault

The PyXdmItem.get_node_value() method needed a incrementRefCount() call on the XdmNode object.

Testing fix.
