Hi,

We hope to provide some Resolver API features in SaxonC 12. We are still in the development phase for SaxonC 12, but we are making good progress: The XML resolver is now being used internally within SaxonC 12. We have not yet resolved the issue to expose the resolver API, but it is something on our list to do in some way.

When do you think that SaxonC 12 will be done ??

We don't publish (or even plan) release dates; we ship when things are ready. We're certainly a couple of months away, but it could be more, depending on what we decide to put in the release.
